The existence of a message and the truth of an allegation contained in that message are different questions. Serious accusations below are therefore reported as statements appearing in correspondence or as claims requiring investigation, not as independently established facts.

Scope and methodology

The material reviewed falls into three separate layers: statements directly visible in WhatsApp screenshots, messages forwarded from other people, and later legal complaint files prepared on the basis of those records. These layers are not treated as interchangeable.

“I am the person who made the news”

One archived screenshot contains a message attributed to Kürşat Şahin Yıldırımer stating, “I am the person who made the news and I will continue to write for as long as I consider necessary.” The same message says that he conducted research and obtained information concerning Bilal Semih Bozdemir and that he was among those who best knew “what came from where and how.” These words can be reported as a direct statement about the claimed source of reporting activity; the legality or illegality of any publication remains a matter for competent authorities.

Cambodia, diplomatic passport and prison-related language

Another chat displayed under the name “Kürşat Hoca” contains a reference to a “Cambodia adventure” before travel to Sri Lanka, mocking language concerning a diplomatic passport, the phrase “the state is always 18 years old,” and wording suggesting that there might be nobody to deposit cigarette money “inside,” followed by “because you got the first signature.” Whether these statements amount to intimidation, mockery, a threat or another form of communication requires assessment of the complete context.

Mosquito and fly-swatter comparison

In another screenshot from the same named chat, a voice message is compared to the buzzing of a mosquito that does not stop at night. The message continues with wording equivalent to “one smack and the fly-swatter solves it,” followed by references to lighting a cigar and drinking whisky. The screenshot documents the use of this language; its legal classification depends on intent and context.

Claims requiring verification

A further message includes wording equivalent to “This is my final warning to you” and separately alleges that “Timur became an informant.” The latter statement has not been independently verified in the material reviewed here and is reported only as an allegation appearing in a message.

The evidence archive also contains a separate forwarded WhatsApp message whose original author has not been technically verified. It alleges that the deceased son was about to transmit documents belonging to the Turkish state to Mossad and that “devoted people” of the Turkish state shot him in a toilet before he could do so. Judicial complaint files expressly state that this narrative is not accepted as established fact and ask that the author, source and purpose of the allegation be investigated. The material reviewed does not verify a “two bullets” detail, and the original author of that forwarded message has not been technically confirmed. It would therefore be inaccurate to attribute that particular message definitively to Kürşat Şahin Yıldırımer or to present an alleged killing by the Turkish Armed Forces as a proven event.

What the records show — and what they do not show

The records show that certain phrases appear in archived conversations and that serious allegations were circulated. They do not independently establish the truth of every accusation, causal claim or third-party narrative contained in those messages.

Potential evidentiary value

The legal value of screenshots depends on factors such as the source device, original message data, timestamps, message continuity, forwarding history and, where necessary, forensic examination. A screenshot may have substantial news value while still requiring technical authentication before it can carry full evidentiary weight in criminal proceedings.

Legal framework and right of reply

Reporting private correspondence in the public interest requires attention to privacy, personal-data protection, the presumption of innocence, personality rights, and the right of reply and correction. Telephone numbers and irrelevant third-party details should be redacted from public images. Every person named in this dossier retains the right to respond, request correction and provide verifiable new information.

Conclusion

The purpose of this dossier is not to alter the messages or convert allegations into facts. Its purpose is to present what the records actually show, distinguish direct statements from unverified allegations, and allow the public and competent authorities to assess the material in context.

A document-based review separates what is visible in WhatsApp records from allegations that still require independent verification.

[2

post-211","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-world
["GET
